How to find us:

by train:
  • from the north: via e.g. Hanover, Braunschweig --> Goslar station
  • z. e.g. Bus 830 --> Clausthal, Kronenplatz (or Leibnizstraße)

  • from the south: via Göttingen, Northeim --> Goslar station
  • z. e.g. bus 440 --> Clausthal, Kronenplatz (or Leibnizstraße)
  • Regional trains to Goslar(timetable information DB AG)
  • Bus stop: Clausthal Leibnizstraße(RBB timetable information)
    From there the IEE 250 m to the east.
  • We are also happy to pick you up from the station by arrangement.

by car:
  • Take the A7 to the Seesen/Harz exit (exit 67)
  • at the traffic lights take the B243 towards Osterode (turn right)
  • stay on the B243 until Osterode
  • take the Clausthal-Zellerfeld exit
  • Stay on the B241 to Clausthal-Zellerfeld
  • At the entrance to the town, follow the main road (right) until the next junction
  • Turn left in the direction of Ortsmitte/Seesen (leave Shell petrol station on the right)
  • Take the next possible road to the right into the TU Clausthal field ditch area
  • You are now driving on Leibnizstraße; the institute is on the right-hand side after approx. one km
